What You Will Do:
Responsible for clinical supervision of staff as assigned. Ensures services are recovery-oriented, evidenced-based and trauma informed and inclusive of families and significant others. Leads the screening, assessment, treatment plan development and review process. Conducts screenings and assessments and delivers interventions identified on the Treatment Plan. Ensures screening and assessments of Persons referred for services are conducted according to established procedures and timelines. Trains and supervises team staff on treatment plan development and documentation of Persons’ progress. Assists in selecting strategies for Persons at high-risk and/or hard to engage. Provides clinical services to Persons as required and holds own assignment list. Provides on-call clinical coverage. Responsible for other clinical/administrative duties as assigned.

Who You Are:
Master’s degree in relevant clinical field plus Licensed Practitioner of the Healing Arts (LICSW, LCSW, LMHC), required. One year of experience working with adults with major mental illness and co-occurring substance abuse disorders required. Experience working as part of a multidisciplinary team in the provision of clinical, rehabilitative, and recovery-oriented services to Persons Served with major mental illness preferred. Training and experience in Dialectical Behavior Therapy and/or Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Illness Management and Recovery, Stages of Change, Screening, Brief Intervention, Referral, and Treatment (SBIRT), Substance Abuse Treatment, Housing First, Harm Reduction, and Motivational Interviewing and trauma-informed care strongly preferred. $27.97 to $30.22 per hour

The clinician works as part of a multi-disciplinary team including Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs), Therapeutic Support Specialists (TSS), and Family Partners (FPs).

What You Will Do:
Engaging youth and family in the intake process, completing all required assessments and completing treatments based upon needs and desires.
Works quickly and intensively to meet the unique needs of individuals and/or families through assessment, safety planning, coaching, psychoeducation, skill building, and connections to informal and formal supports.
Providing guidance to support staff in relation to the implementation of clinical goals.
Provide on-going safety assessment, planning, and care coordination.
Be part of the on-call rotation for Children’s Mental Health Services.

Who You Are:
Passionate individual who has earned a a Master’s Degree in Social Work, Clinical Psychology, Mental Health Counseling, or Education with a Clinical Concentration (or related field) and is on the path to licensure. Licensure preferred.
Prior experience working with youth with serious emotional and behavioral health disturbances and their families. In addition, candidate will have a flexible schedule.
Valid MA driver’s license and reliable transportation required.
Must have strong documentation and clinical writing skills.
Bilingual/bicultural, experience working with youth with behavioral challenges, lived experience, supervisory experience, and knowledge of EBP models preferred.

$27.97 to $30.22 per hour

The clinician works as part of a multi-disciplinary team including Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs), Therapeutic Support Specialists (TSS), and Family Partners (FPs).

What You Will Do:
Engaging youth and family in the intake process, completing all required assessments and completing treatments based upon needs and desires.
Works quickly and intensively to meet the unique needs of individuals and/or families through assessment, safety planning, coaching, psychoeducation, skill building, and connections to informal and formal supports.
Providing guidance to support staff in relation to the implementation of clinical goals.
Provide on-going safety assessment, planning, and care coordination.
Be part of the on-call rotation for Children’s Mental Health Services.

Who You Are:
Passionate individual who has earned a a Master’s Degree in Social Work, Clinical Psychology, Mental Health Counseling, or Education with a Clinical Concentration (or related field) and is on the path to licensure. Licensure preferred.
Prior experience working with youth with serious emotional and behavioral health disturbances and their families. In addition, candidate will have a flexible schedule.
Valid MA driver’s license and reliable transportation required.
Must have strong documentation and clinical writing skills.
Bilingual/bicultural, experience working with youth with behavioral challenges, lived experience, supervisory experience, and knowledge of EBP models preferred.

What You Will Do:
Responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Group Living Environment. Ensure all services, service coordination, advocacy, modeling are recovery-oriented. Ensures the coordination, delivery and documentation of evidenced-based and trauma informed clinical interventions with clinical supervision. Ensures all interventions are designed to support Persons residing in an Intensive Group Living Environment (IBGLE) in the development of skills in all areas of functioning. Partners with Persons to work towards personal goals in order to achieve greater independence and improved quality of life. Follows the individualized positive behavior support plans and skill acquisition goals for all Persons served in the IBGLE. Ensures compliance of all Õý°ÄÃÅÁùºÏ²Ê¿ª½±¼Ç¼ Center/ACCS policies and procedures as well as all state and local licensing/certification requirements and regulations.Ìý

Who You Are:
Master’s degreeÌýin relevant clinical field plus Licensed Practitioner of the Healing Arts (ie: LICSW, LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, LABA)Ìý or matriculation in such a program with a minimum of one year clinical experience in the field, working with adults with mental health and behavioral health challenges required. Experience supporting people with substance use preferred. Experience working in a residential setting and Experience using the Principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and Positive Behavior Supports PBS preferred. Training and experience in Dialectical Behavior Therapy and/or Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Illness Management and Recovery, Stages of Change, Screening, Brief Intervention, Referral, and Treatment (SBIRT), Substance Abuse Treatment, Housing First, Harm Reduction, and Motivational Interviewing preferred.Ìý Supervisory experience preferred.Ìý Valid driver’s license required.
